Im not the sort of person to usually complain. Booked appointment at this place. Walked in looked at basically what do you want wax at 3.30pm yep take a seat waited literally over 40mins!!! Not even sorry Im a little late! I walked out just after her next client rocked up ( I presume she was the next client after me) I dont usually have free time been a mum to a young one. Such a waste of time.. Such a shame as Ive heard great things about the place.
