I couldn't get the front tyre off my bike to get it on the bus at the Munda Biddi terminus in Albany. I rang Passmore (they came up in the frantic Google search for help) and he (I think it was Phil) drove down to the station and got the tyre off. Fantastic!! Totally recommend, you couldn't get a nicer person.

Its was a great flexible experience purchasing my bike from here. They guys always recommend the best products for your riding discipline.
