Really good, friendly reception staff. The friendliest nurse, so welcoming and warm. Doctors that take the time to listen and not rush you out the door.
My husband's mother was under the care of Dr Glenn Fernandez. He was called to Albany to say goodbye to his mother before she died. He asked for a note from his mother's doctor (Dr Fernandez) who said that he would have to pay $80 to get one. There was no compassion. We were disgusted by this doctor and the practice who were unfriendly and horrible at this very unhappy time. Please think twice before going to this surgery.
