I was in Albany for work and my back was aching after the long drive, but after a deep tissue massage from Kate I was feeling great again, and she also gave me stretches and exercises to do so I didnt get a sore back on the way back. Very impressed and will be back!
Had an amazing remedial massage session with Kate today, released so much tension from pressure points, my shoulders are feeling so much more relaxed and I literally feel taller! I highly recommend Kate to anyone needing get rid of tension, her massages are so healing. I also love the advice to help maintain good health and posture, and yoga poses to do at home.
