Staff are extremley helpful. Hotel has great location within walking distance to town centre. Rooms are clean.
Best western on Frederick St is a great place to stay when in Albany. It's located close the the harbour and the main shopping / restaurant strip. The rooms were clean and newly renovated with massive and comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. Staff were friendly too.I'd stay here again if I go back to Albany.
Great experience, seems the rooms were recently modified, with cabinets, bathroom fittings, etc., very neat and clean. Would have been excellent if some other amenities like toaster, microwave oven were made available in the rooms as families who travel with kids need these while on travel. Great location and was easy access to York Street, ANZAC Center, etc.
Good clean room. Well set up and with good amenities. Would have given them 4 stars if it wasn't that I had to call reception twice at 1am and again at 2 am over one of the rooms having a party with loud music.
Well appointed and extremely conveniently located apartment of high standard. The view across the bay along with the close proximity to the town centre makes this a highly desirable location. The apartment has been well maintained, the furnishings are clean and modern. I have no hesitancy to recommend this best western apartment.
