After a less than satisfactory experience with my previous property manager (from another agency) I signed up with the Professionals and from the very start I was provided with professional advice and service that went above and beyond what I would have expected. I was kept up-to-date with everything that was happening which was very important to me and after my house being empty for 3 months with the previous agency, the Professionals had my house leased in under five days. We have now been in our new house for the Last 6 weeks and just had our first inspection. The whole process from creating an application to moving into the property went very smoothly. The communication is excellent and one thing that I like about professionals is the phone app to log maintenance issues. Great service!
