Upon arrival felt like we had interrupted the salesman's morning. He never introduced himself, never invited us to sit down and chat about a new vehicle we were enquiring about. The person on reception also never even acknowledged us. Customer service just wasnt there.

Worst service ever. Booked in at 2pm for a 1 hour recall. Still going after 3 hours. No apology for stuffing up the booking and not starting straight away when it arrived. Hopeless. Rather take the vehicle to Perth in the future than shop locally.
