Had the power steering pump in my Landcruiser re built by the team and I could not be happier, service manager was helpful and made sure the team did a great job, contacted me when the job wasnt going to plan to discuss our options. This is how it should be done what a fantastic job thankyou to all the team.
Typical 5 star Toyota Service!! I was blown away by the Truly Excellent service received at this Dealership at the Week-end. I was travelling from Perth to Albany for 2 nights with my Girlfriend on the Friday when we had a bit of car trouble. We dealt with Andrew from the Service Department and could not believe how Professional he was. He was more than happy to squeeze us in on such short notice. Not only that.. Just as we thought our trip to visit all the awesome sights and scenery of Albany was lost, Andrew was then able to pull a few strings and offer a loan car just before leaving our car with them on the Saturday Morning until Monday. Thanks Heaps again to all the Team at Toyota Albany! The pricing was also very reasonable. I Highly reccomend them to anyone in need.

Great service and parts department
We live 2hrs from Albany with 2 young children. Car broke down and it was sent to Albany Toyota to be repaired. Car was in there for 4 weeks. Constantly told it was being worked on. Found out they hadn't touched it in 8 days after being told they had worked on it this week 3 days in a row. Unhelpful with details, lied to and when i spoke to dealer principal about what was happening all he said was "and what do you want me to do about" with a tone. Would never recommend to anyone.
