The KFC had small lines but it took to long to get food other than that it was good.
The service was excellent, the staff are always very friendly, and been so helpful, very quick in the drive through, the chicken is always fresh. They have a great team in Albany.
20 minutes to get served. 10 min wait for the food. Food was cold and soggy. Chips under cooked. Only positive cashie used maners
Better than our last visit. Chicken a little greasy tonight but at least it was hot so too were the chips.
The poor rating comes from having to wait 20 minutes in line watching the manager humiliate her new staff member with derogatory directions rather than providing him with supportive training. Her behaviour was so bad that we considered walking out. 5 stars to the poor teenager who politely continued to serve and try his best. You could see he was a lovely polite intelligent person who will probably grow up to be very successful.
