I love visiting Albany and catching up with the TWP team. There is always such a positive vibe and I love their point of difference in what they offer to clients, it really comes from their hearts. It's unique and genuine.
I am an educator and have been working with Travel with Purpose since April 2018. My role was to bring the team closer and build on their connections with each other therefore having better and long-lasting relationships with their clients. When I first started I was in awe of how they treated their clients, its next to none. The stories they shared with me was phenomenal and gave my goose bumps. I wanted to create that feeling when they talked about their own people. They shared their own purpose out loud with the team. Why they are here. Why they got into Travel many years ago or changed jobs to be where they are now. Facilitating our connecting sessions once a week via zoom was a revolution. At the beginning everyone was quiet, not sure of why they were here, hesitant to speak up, you could hear a pin drop. However, as the get togethers continued the noise began to rise. They all began sharing stories, being heard, feeling safe to say what is on their mind, everyone became venerable, finding that common ground with each other again and started to build a stable, respectful relationship between the team. It created a space where everyone could let down their guards and became one. It has been amazing to watch this transformation, and I am so proud of what the team have become. A team who not only treats their clients like gold but treats their team like family. That is what I want in a travel agent. There is a special bond between the team at Travel with Purpose and who ever steps foot in their agency, whether youre a client, sales representative or someone asking for directions, you will not only be able to feel it but see it instantly. Their connections with each other have been taken to a new level inside of the agency and outside of the agency.
A big thank you to Nilla and Lucy for organising my amazing South American Adventure holiday. You guys have the most wonderful customer service...always a great coffee and homemade cookies while organising the details of the trip. Everything about our trip went smoothly.
