WOW. We arrive at the service window. An elderly lady has ordered two hot drinks. They had commenced making her drinks, where she asked for suger to be added... Wow what a response from the little man there... Rude and arrogant. So rude we both felt like walking away, well we should have. Absolutely disgusting coffee. I could not drink more than a few sips.
